Ajax - Is It Useless For Online Shops?
what i would like to discuss? MMM…some days ago i visited a conference dedicated to Business Interent. And there i’ve heard a lot of opinions about useless and profits of Ajax. And i’m in e-commerce and think about usability of, for instance, online shops… Now i’m going to switch some modules of my shop to Ajax powered. You know that the one of the most important modules is Billing. And i want to convert it to Ajax powered with one click ordering process. And i ask myself questions about will it be more usefull, attractive and simply for customers, or may be it can help to improve usability and as a result can rise sells? So, do anyone use Ajax elements in theier shops and can you compare the profits before using Ajax and now - with WEb2.0 modules? If you can share any stats or can advice to others something - you are welcome. Thank you
