Google has bought a mobile social network
On Thursday in informal blog of Google Operating System there was a message that company Google buys mobile social network Zingku.
Company Zingku has been based in 2005. The same service has been started recently and is at a stage of beta-testing. This social network allows owners of cellular devices to communicate with friends and to exchange with them a various content. Service while is accessible only to inhabitants of the United States. Until the transaction will not come to the end, users Zingku cannot create new accounts.
Representatives Google confirm, that the company has entered into the agreement on purchase ” some actives and technologies ” at firm Zingku. As they said, these purchases will allow the search giant to create new products and services which will appear useful both for simple users, and for advertizers and publishers. However no details of the transaction reveal yet. The sum which Google has paid for purchase is unknown also.
